About the Opportunity
On behalf of an established Italian manufacturer specializing in premium ingredients and semi-finished products for artisanal gelato, we are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative (Multi-Brand) to develop and expand its commercial presence in Toronto.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer portfolio, and building long-term relationships within the professional food service market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Expand and manage relationships with artisanal gelato shops, pastry shops, food service operators, and Ho.Re.Ca. businesses.
- Establish and strengthen commercial partnerships with specialized food distributors and wholesalers.
- Promote the company's product portfolio, driving sales growth and market penetration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Independent Sales Representative within the food and beverage industry.
- Established and active customer portfolio within the food service, Ho.Re.Ca., and/or food distribution channels.
- Strong business development, sales negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Established commercial presence and market knowledge in Rio de Janeiro.
- Ability to operate independently with a results-driven and entrepreneurial approach.
- Experience in the gelato, artisanal ice cream, pastry, or food ingredients sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
