An established international company operating in the animal nutrition industry is seeking a Technical Sales Manager - Ruminant to support its ongoing organisational growth.
Reporting to the Global Technical Sales Manager - Ruminant, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Management and in developing European markets, combining strong technical expertise in ruminant nutrition with solid commercial capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and commercial support for the development of European markets.
- Work closely with the sales force, distributors, and key customers.
- Deliver technical consultancy, training, and presentations of nutritional solutions for ruminants.
- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Conduct market analysis and collaborate with Marketing and R&D functions to support product positioning and development.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Sciences, or related disciplines, with a specialisation in ruminants.
- 5–8 years of experience within companies operating in the animal feed, nutritional supplementation, or related sectors.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability for frequent travels across Europe.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Compensation
- Gross Annual Salary range: €100.000 - 110.000, based on experience and qualifications.

- Europe, hybrid working model (frequent travels within Europe and remote working).
