For our partner a leading European food manufacturing group we are looking for a
Food Technologist specialized in Pellet-Based Chips.
Requirements
- Specialized knowledge in the production of extruded pellets for chips.
- Expertise in 3D forming, 2D forming, twin extruder, and single screw extruder technologies.
- Experience with pre-drying and drying processes.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Optimize production processes, develop and implement new recipes, and monitor raw material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, work instructions, and legal regulations.
- Monitor correct application of operational procedures within the team and intervene in case of deviations.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and minimize risks.
- Organize theoretical and practical training sessions tailored to staff expertise.
- Create and maintain a work manual detailing all technological process stages, control parameters, and quality standards.
- Develop and update a technological recipe book, including raw materials, formulations, processing methods, and execution conditions.
Workplace: Bihor area, Romania

The selected candidate may choose between a consulting agreement for recipe development, a fixed-term contract, or a permanent position.
