We are partnering with a leading European food manufacturing group, known for its innovation and strong international presence.
To expand the R&D team, we are looking for a Food Technologist specialized in nut and seed processing, with hands-on experience in developing recipes and applying industrial technologies.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of processing technologies, with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of raw materials, including risks, properties, and functional characteristics.
- Proven ability to support recipe development and process optimization.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Apply technologies such as baking, roasting, chocolate coating, caramelizing, sugar glazing, and seasoning.
- Operate a continuous baking line (capacity: 300 kg/hour).
- Operate a batch roasting line (capacity: 300 kg/hour).
- Manage flavoring in seasoning drums.
- Oversee glazing and caramelizing in turbines (20 kg batches).
- Ensure product quality and contribute to continuous process improvement.
The selected candidate may choose between a consulting agreement for recipe development, a fixed-term contract, or a permanent position.
Workplace: Bihor area, Romania -The job is on-site. Relocation to Romania is required.
