To strengthen the R&D team dedicated to new recipe development, we are looking for a Food Technologist specialized in biscuits, crackers, pretzels, and sandwich-type products
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of raw materials and baking technologies.
- Proven experience in developing new recipes and adapting processes to market trends.
- Hands-on familiarity with industrial production lines.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative product recipes and improve existing formulations.
- Operate and optimize biscuit and cracker production lines (capacity 2 tons/hour).
- Apply rotary cutting, shaping, and advanced baking technologies.
- Monitor quality standards and drive continuous product improvement.
The selected candidate may choose between a consulting agreement for recipe development, a fixed-term contract, or a permanent position.
