We are partnering with a leading European food manufacturing group, recognized for its innovation and strong international presence.
To strengthen the R&D team dedicated to new recipe development, we are looking for a Food Technologist with proven expertise in pasta production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt pasta recipes tailored to industrial production lines.
- Operate and optimize short pasta lines (capacity ~2 tons/hour).
- Manage long pasta lines for spaghetti (capacity ~1.5 tons/hour).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, driving continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of raw materials and ingredients used in pasta production.
- Hands-on experience with pasta made from soft wheat (standard flour, not durum wheat).
- Strong understanding of pasta manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Fluency in English; Italian is considered an asset.
