Senior Manager Technologist

Our Client, a multinational company, is seeking a Senior Manager Technologist to join its team for the Business Unit near Padua. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing processes, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver bespoke, high-quality technological solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning of activities on a weekly basis for Technology Center trials related to internal project development and customer proposals linked to ongoing offers (30%).
  • Responsible for defining the machine list for budgets and binding offers, focusing on special and customized solutions originating from the sales department (20%).
  • Defines final product KPIs from a Process Technology perspective and works closely with the Engineering department to establish clear and detailed technological warranties (20%).
  • Plans and organizes the interventions of team technicians in collaboration with the Installation & Commissioning and Help Desk teams, ensuring cost, time, and priority alignment (20%).
  • Provides technological assistance (remote or in-person) during start-up, training, and post-sales activities (10%).
  • Manages and develops the technical team to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Ensures the application of effective and efficient quality and safety methods and procedures to the related processes.
  • Monitors and controls the travel costs budget.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Process Technologies.
  • Extensive experience in process technology management with a strong focus on optimization and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and coordinate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and meet client requirements effectively.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
